Observatory Online Co-Creation Workshop
Developing spaces for digital collaboration and sharing
About this process
Developing conversations, resources, and frameworks to develop an observatory that can provide meaningful feedback to inform the inDICEs platform and design.
Co-creating the observatory - is a step by step process to envision and lay down the foundations for the participatory space to facilitate and engage stakeholders. This space will identify important themes and issues where individuals and organizations want to explore and have dynamic conversations or research. Through different online tools provided by the platform such as surveys, debates, and collaborative spaces this process will be a cornerstone building block to develop innovative tools and resources within inDICEs.
Over the course of these 8 weeks participants can expect some intensive brainstorming, collaborations, and creating demos to catalyse the co-design process for the observatory. We’re not starting from scratch, in Rome we got our feet wet by identifying potential beneficiaries and scenarios. We aim to build upon these results through taking a deep dive into:
- functionalities
- the integration of Platoniq with WLT technologies
- co-creating using data, narratives, and getting a closer look at the needs and nuances of different users
During the sessions we will explore user-centered design, have feedback sessions about shared ideas and practices within different aspects of technology and information architecture, and use the data from Rome to enable a healthy and robust development of the observatory and facilitate a space where the project partners can develop concepts, network, and community together towards a more participatory, cohesive, and inclusive platform.
