Understanding the digital future of Cultural Heritage and Research
Use of open access licenses
More and more cultural heritage organizations are opting for using open access licenses such as CC licenses for sharing their collections online. For this reason, and in order to assess the practical uses of this kind of licenses, we, from the inDICEs project, would like to get to know from your side, the cultural heritage sector, any licensing practices that you are currently using within your institution. We also believe that sharing your practices with other institutions may help other organizations to engage in open access models.

@ariadna_matas I think it applies to anything that has been broadcasted, in parallel to other rights that might exist (so for broadcasted series then copyright + that neighbouring right to the broadcast signal).
