Creating Surveys

First click admin dashboard in the top right hand corner

Click on Process in the left panel

Then click the process you want to add your survey to

Click on Components

Click ADD COMPONENT and then SURVEY

Fill in the fields that apply to you and then click ADD COMPONENT

Click the pencil to start writing and creating your survey

Hint, the Terms and Conditions are available in the Help Section for you to link
