Create a space where aggregators and Europeana Foundation can gather input on capacity building needs across Europeana CHIs. Participants could publish proposals with their needs and endorse proposals published by others. We should encourage proposals in different languages.

We could also set up a template for submitting the proposals to make the process very easy and quick (require as little writing as possible). We should think about what data we need to gather to successfully operationalise the collected inputs (e.g. collect data on the type of organisation or region so that we can provide targetted capacity building).

To activate engagement in this activity, it could be used during network events.

Bonus points if we could have a word cloud or some other type of data visualisation that would present the most prominent keywords from the submitted proposals.
