The webLyzard platform could be integrated while a user is writing a proposal in the InDICEs participatory platform.
\nThe writing page would be modified, adding a sidebar widget with a tag cloud and links to related content that could help the author to make its own content more relevant (recommendations are based on a real-time analysis of what's being written).
\nNote that this provided context could include also content from the same InDICEs participatory platform, useful e.g. to detect duplicates or relations between proposals.

It'd be good to give the possibility to the creator of a proposal to decide which kind of widgets (tag cloud, geo maps, word tree, etc.) could appear on the sidebar of her proposal. The creator could decide this at the publication stage.
A good place to start is the article Designing text-based tools for digital deliberation. A consideration of the impact of certain features on the quality of online text-based deliberations can assist us in making better design decisions.
