Impact Lite Training & Community Building Taskforce

Time: October 2022 (or later or earlier, connected with another conference - note that a connection to Europeana 2022 is not possible due to holidays). 1.5 day-long meeting (in person only). A separate hybrid meeting could be arranged.

Attendees: those who have attended most meetings and contributed the most. Unfortunately, budget is likely to only cover a part of the group.

Purpose: develop the resources of Impact Lite and draft/fill the impact lite methodology. May also lead an impact workshop with the Europeana Impact Community Steering Group (tbc).

Outputs: Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) of impact lite training resources.

Cost: most of the 5k budget on travel and accommodation.
