This fingerprint is calculated using a SHA256 hashing algorithm. In order to replicate it yourself, you can use an MD5 calculator online (External link) and copy-paste the source data.

This is already possible, you can create a group by going to your public profile page, there's a "create group" button.
You can invite users and admins to the group, only admins can interact in behalve of the group.

Just to a bit more context - this idea came up in the discussions about the self-assessment tool.
An organisation could set up a profile on the platform. This profile could be filled out by a number of people who belong to the same organisation. Over time, they could collaboratively fill out the different sections of the self-assessment tool - this is specifically because the questions target different areas of expertise that no one person has. The profile would enable the organisation to record their progress over time, e.g. see how their responses have changed each year and how much progress they have made.
I see, it looks to me that this is a more complex idea than just a "profile". Do you visualize this as a sort of "landing pages" for groups (being those the organizations), where any type of content can be in the same place? For instance, pages with information or even custom activities, surveys, proposals etc.
Just saying this because in the next version of this platform we will have such feature, I think it will improve a lot the possibility to scope different areas of work.
