As ENUMERATE SAT is now conceived, it is too focused on the idea of a survey rather than on the innovative and interactive tool originally envisaged. In my opinion, we should try to change the way questions are presented to the user and present the SAT not only (or not so much) as a means of collecting data, but also (above all) as a tool capable of providing feedback and recommendations to users in relation to engaging digital communities and digital transformation, linking to the key results achieved in inDICEs. This means for example: stop calling it a survey, add an explanation that clarifies what the tool is about, change the way the questions are displayed, group them into sections and first show an overview of the various sections, provide feedback to users upon completion of each section, etc.
